REQUIREMENTS for Slim UI CM11 Theme:
• You need to have the latest CM11 Theme chooser!
• Some things still need to be fixed (e.g. color issues = black text on dark actionbar, vice versa)
• More themed apps will come than just those below
• If you get an FC on the theme provider, clear your dalvik cache or update to the latest cm nightly
